 1. Who we are
The online store cyberbracelet.com is operated by Novemm srl, Via Circonvallazione Alberto Lolli Ghetti 25, 03013 Ferentino (FR), Italy · VAT and tax code 03319870600 · Registered capital €10,000.00 fully paid · Companies Register of Frosinone, REA no. These terms apply to every purchase made on cyberbracelet.com. Placing an order means you accept them. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU law.

 2. The product
The Cyber Bracelet is a wearable key that works like the Tesla Key Card: once paired with your car, you tap it to lock, unlock and drive.
- Compatibility: Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck, and Model S and Model X produced from 2021. It is not compatible with Model S and Model X produced before 2021. Please check your car before ordering; the product page has a compatibility checker.
- Pairing requires your Tesla Key Card (or a Cyber Bracelet already paired) to confirm the new key. Instructions are on the How it works page and in the box.
- Vehicle features depend on Tesla's software, which Novemm does not control. If a Tesla software update changes how key cards work, we will help you and you keep all your consumer rights.
- Product photos are renders. The real colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Cyber Bracelet is not manufactured, endorsed or affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Model X, Model S and Cybertruck are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used only to describe compatibility.

 3. Prices
Prices are in euros. For deliveries within the European Union they include VAT. Shipping costs, when due, are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery (see the Shipping Policy).
Multi-driver pricing (for example 2 bracelets for €164, 3 for €198) is applied automatically in the cart as shown on the site at the time of your order.

 4. Orders and contract
The order process is in English. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email, which summarises your order and includes these terms. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious price errors, unavailable stock or suspected fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.

 5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout with the methods shown there (for example cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna). Novemm never sees or stores your full card details.

 6. Delivery
Delivery areas, times and costs are described in the Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you indicate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

 7. Right of withdrawal and warranty
You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, and every bracelet comes with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. All details, and the model withdrawal form, are in the Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.

 8. Use of the product
The Cyber Bracelet is a key to your car: keep it safe as you would any key. If you lose it, remove it from your car's keys immediately (Controls › Locks › Keys). Novemm is not liable for damage caused by a bracelet that was lost or used by third parties after you lost control of it, or by use contrary to the instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

 9. Liability
Novemm is liable towards consumers as provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the legal guarantee of conformity.

 10. Complaints
For any complaint write to customerservice@novemm.com. We reply as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.

 11. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring any dispute before the courts of your place of residence or domicile.

 13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you placed it.
