Shipping policy

All orders ship from Italy, from Novemm srl in Ferentino (FR).

Processing time
We prepare and hand your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, Italian public holidays excluded). You receive an email with your tracking code as soon as your order ships.

 Delivery times and carriers

Delivery times are estimates given by the carriers and may be longer during peak periods or for remote areas.

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more (for example, any order of two or more bracelets).
- Below €100, the shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes and duties
- European Union: prices include VAT. Nothing else is due on delivery.
- Outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the USA and Australia): prices do not include import duties, local taxes or the carrier's customs fees. These are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer on delivery. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel is returned to us and we refund the order minus the shipping and return costs charged to us.

Address and delivery
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we can ship it again after you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to customerservice@novemm.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund.
