Compatibility
Which Tesla models are compatible?
Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck, plus Model S and Model X produced from 2021. Model S and Model X produced before 2021 are not compatible.
Can I use one bracelet with more than one car?
Yes. You can pair the Cyber Bracelet with several Tesla vehicles at the same time.
Do I need a Tesla Key Card to pair it?
Yes. Pairing requires a Tesla Key Card, or another Cyber Bracelet already paired, to confirm the new key. Once paired, the bracelet works on its own.
Does the edition have to match my car?
No. Every edition works with every compatible Tesla: the badge and the colour are there to match your car, not to make it work. Choose the one you like.
Is it compatible with the new Model 3 and Model Y?
Yes. The latest Model 3 (Highland) and Model Y (Juniper) are compatible, like every Model 3 and Model Y. We're working on dedicated editions for them.
Using it
How do I pair it?
From the touchscreen: Controls › Locks › Keys › Add Key. Tap the bracelet on the card reader (behind the cup holders or on the wireless phone charger), then tap your Key Card to confirm.
From the Tesla app: Security & Drivers › Add Key Card. Tap the bracelet on the card reader, then touch Done.
How do I lock and unlock the car?
Tap the bracelet on the reader on the B-pillar, under the driver-side camera. If the car is in standby or sleep mode, wake it first, for example by touching the door handle.
How do I start and drive?
Tap the bracelet on the card reader in the centre console, then press the brake within two minutes. After two minutes, tap it again.
Does it need charging?
No. The Cyber Bracelet has no battery and never needs charging.
Does it replace my phone key or my Key Card?
No, it adds to them. Your phone key and your Key Card keep working exactly as before. The Cyber Bracelet is one more key: the one you wear when your phone stays behind.
Does it work if my phone is dead or has no signal?
Yes. Your car reads the bracelet directly, just like the Key Card. It doesn't need your phone, an internet connection or a battery.
Can every driver in the family have one?
Yes. You can pair several bracelets with the same car, and one bracelet with several cars. That's why we offer multi-driver pricing: 2 bracelets for €164 and 3 for €198, with free shipping.
Can I lend my car with the bracelet?
Yes. Hand over the bracelet and the other driver can lock, unlock and drive. If you're not getting it back, remove it from your car's keys (Controls › Locks › Keys).
Security & peace of mind
What happens if I lose it?
Treat it like a lost Key Card: remove it from your car's keys straight away. On the touchscreen go to Controls › Locks › Keys, select the bracelet and delete it. Once removed, it can no longer open or start your car.
Can it track me or collect my data?
No. It has no battery, no GPS, no app and no internet connection. It only works when you hold it against your car's card reader.
How is it different from a Tesla key ring?
It does the same job in a different form: one adjustable size instead of ring sizes, a soft medical-grade silicone band you can train and swim with, and a design that matches your Tesla's badge and colour.

Can I swim with it?
Yes. It is IP68 certified, so you can wear it while swimming or in the shower.
Can I wear it during intense training?
Yes. It's made of 100% biocompatible, hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone, designed to be worn for long periods without irritation.
Will it fit my wrist?
The Cyber Bracelet comes in one adjustable size that fits wrists from XS to XL.
Where is it made?
It is designed and engineered in the USA and assembled in Italy by Novemm.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, from Italy. UPS within Europe, DHL for the rest of the world.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days. 2–3 business days in the EU and 3–4 business days in the rest of the world. You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your order ships.
Are taxes and duties included?
Prices include VAT for EU countries. Outside the EU, customs duties are paid by the customer on delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?
All payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. The methods available in your country are shown at checkout, such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
What is the return policy and warranty?
You can return your Cyber Bracelet within two weeks of delivery: return shipping is at your expense, and we refund the price and the original standard delivery. If it arrives defective, damaged or wrong, we replace it for free. Every bracelet has a 2-year warranty. Full details in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.
